In accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Esperance gives public notice of its intention to lease the following properties;

Property – Portion of Lot 100 Dempster Street described as Old Matron's Quarters, Museum Village.

Party Involved – Nikki Starr t/as Ms Mustard Knits

Term – 5 years

Consideration - $17,438.30 Inc GST per annum

Market Value - $17,438.30 Inc GST per annum as determined by Council Res #O0424-047
