Equipment Hire
The Esperance Volunteer Resource Centre has a number of items available to hire to members of the Esperance community. For non-profits and community groups, this is a free service we provide in the hopes of adding value to your events (without adding to the cost!). These items are also available for private hire (by for-profit businesses and local individuals), please note private hire items incur a fee. Click here to view our Private Equipment Hire Fees. Please note that fees are per day of hire.
Before hiring items, an agreement form must be signed confirming that all equipment will be treated with care and returned clean. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the quality of our resources. View our Equipment Hire Agreement Form here (that you will need to fill out upon collection of the equipment).
You can fill out our Equipment Hire Request Form here to see if we have the items you are after available on the dates that you would like to use them. We offer this service on a first come, first served basis - please try to fill out this form at least a week prior to your desired collection date. We endeavour to get back to you within 2 business days to let you know if the hire can be confirmed.
