Family History Month - Archives & Primary Sources

August is Family History Month at the Esperance Public Library! Join us at the Esperance Civic Centre for Workshop 2: Archives and Primary Sources.
August is National Family History Month. The workshops to be run during the month will be designed to help beginner genealogists learn how to start researching their family’s story.
Workshop 2 will delve into the key resources you’ll need to access for research that will provide information on your Ancestors. Learn how to navigate State Births Deaths & Marriages, State Archives and the National Archives. Build new skills and learn how to access information which will help to improve the research and digital literacy skills of workshop attendees. The workshop is open to anyone with an interest in family history research.
A light supper and drinks will be provided.
