Club Governance

Effective governance is crucial for the success and sustainability of sporting clubs. It ensures transparency, accountability, and strategic decision-making, fostering a positive environment for athletes, members, and stakeholders. Good governance practices help in managing resources efficiently, maintaining integrity, and achieving long-term goals. By prioritizing governance, sporting clubs can build trust, enhance performance, and create a lasting impact in their communities.

To save time for clubs we have put together some information to help clubs create strategic plans, provide advice on committee roles, and offer policy templates to ensure effective governance.

Creating strategic plans can seem daunting and overwhelming. However, with Game Plan, clubs can develop their strategic plans quickly and effectively, removing the fear and doing all the hard work for you. Let Game Plan simplify the process and help your club achieve its goals with ease.
