Residential Bins Request Form

If you are looking to order a new bin, change your service or report a damage or missing bin please complete an online form below.

In the Shire of Esperance it is mandatory to have both a general waste (green) and recycling (blue) bin per property when starting a new service. Whilst in rural areas there is no recycling collection service, you can use the local drop-off locations. General waste is collected weekly, and recycling (in town) is collected fortnightly. Bins need to be presented at the kerbside by 5am the morning of collection. To see your areas collection day, please click here.

To order a new bin or change your service you will need to be the owner of the property or an authorized agent (estate agent). Please review the tables below to see the different options and the associated fees per annum. (If you change during the year the fee will be calculated on a pro rata basis).

Please note requests can take up to 10 working days to process, but missing bins or a new service will be prioritized.
