Esperance Historic Homesteads Documentary Series

The Esperance region is home to a wealth of historic homesteads and buildings that are visual reminders of some of the past settlers who came before us. These relics tell a story about a dramatic and transformative time in this region’s history, and the way that people lived in these isolated areas. The people and events connected with these historic sites helped to shape the south west of Western Australia into the place it is today.

Developed and created by Jennene Riggs and Karli Florisson, this series is a fascinating glimpse into the past for the general public, those interested in history, and a great teaching resource for schools.
