How many Pool Balls Competition at the 2024 Esperance Show
Terms & Conditions
How to Enter: Register your name and contact and guess the number of balls in the pool.
Competition Dates: Friday, 18 and Saturday, 19 October 2024.
The promoter is the Shire of Esperance, 77 Windich Street, Esperance WA 6450.
This competition is open to all attendees of the Esperance Show.
There is no entry fee, and no purchases are required to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, the Shire of Esperance reserves the right to keep a record of data gathered relating to the entrants. This data may be used in accordance with current privacy protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
The closing date for entries is 6 p.m. Saturday, October 19, 2024. After this date, no further entries will be accepted.
The Shire of Esperance does not accept responsibility for entries received after the closing date (6 pm Saturday, 19 October 2024).
The winner will be announced on Monday, 21 October 2024.
The winner will receive the small pool with all the balls and a Shire of Esperance show bag.
The winner will be chosen by guessing the correct number of balls (or the closest guess to the correct number of balls). Should there be more than one correct entry, the winner will be chosen by a random draw between correct entries by Shire of Esperance Staff.
The winner will be notified by the phone number or email provided within one day of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted, the Shire of Esperance reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The Shire of Esperance's decision regarding all matters related to the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees to be involved in Shire of Esperance publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current privacy protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
