Please be advised works will begin at the Esperance Cemetery to construct two new niche walls next to the existing wall.
This project is a recommendation from the Cemetery Working Group due to the existing wall being at capacity.
Contractors will be setting up fencing today, 6th September 2023, and will start to deliver materials to the site.
Works will commence from Wednesday 13th September for approximately six weeks – weather permitting.
Construction works will stop for the duration of pre-booked services at the cemetery.
There will be limited access to the existing Niche Wall and Rose Garden Wall.
