Community Citizen of the Year
Attending the 2025 Citizen of the Year Awards is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate and recognise the outstanding contributions of individuals who have significantly impacted the community. It's a chance to come together, be inspired by their stories, and foster a sense of unity and pride within the community.
The awards comprise four categories:
- Community Citizen of the Year (for individuals over 16 years)
- Young Community Citizen of the Year (for individuals aged 16-30 years)
- Senior Community Citizen of the Year (for individuals aged 65 years or over)
- Active Citizenship Award (for community groups or events)
Anyone can nominate our local citizens for the awards. Please note, that nominations have closed for this year.
