Update: 13 Feb 2025 03:30 PM
A Bushfire Advice continues to be in place for people bounded by Telegraph Road, Murray Road, Eleven Mile Beach Road and the coastline in DALYUP.
- Access tracks to beaches and coastal areas impacted by the Dalyup fire remain closed.
- Locals, visitors, four-wheel drivers, beach goers, etc, are reminded to stay away from 11 Mile Beach all the way to Plumpudding and Butty Head Beaches over the weekend, due to the risks raised by forecast strong winds over the weekend.
These conditions may lead to internal fire runs from the existing fire event. The safety of the public will be jeopardised if closure signage is ignored.
We ask our community to show their appreciation for our amazing volunteer firefighters by respecting their professional decisions to close tracks.
