Notice is hereby given that Council is in receipt of an application for development approval for a Nature Based Caravan Park at Lot 1 Lake Road, Myrup
As per the provisions of Local Planning Scheme No. 24, Caravan Park proposals in the Rural zone have a mandatory advertising requirement due to potential impact on adjoining landowners and the locality.
Thus as per the consultation provisions of the Deemed Provisions of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, this proposal is currently being advertised for public comment.
The proposed plans and details of the proposal are available for inspection (free of charge) at the Shire of Esperance Administration Offices located on Windich Street, Esperance. Office hours are 8.30am – 4.45pm Mon, Tues, Thur & Fri and 9.30am – 4.45pm Wed.
Submissions indicating support or objection to the proposal, including reasons for objection, must be addressed to the Shire CEO and can be emailed to shire@esperance.wa.gov.au or posted to PO Box 507 Esperance, WA 6450 on or before the close of business Friday, 14 June 2024.
