ADOPTION OF ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES – MEMBERSHIP AT THE BAY OF ISLES LEISURE CENTRE
In accordance with Section 6.19 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Esperance Council, at its meeting held on 25 November 2024, resolved to impose the following fees for membership at the Bay of Isles Leisure Centre.
It is proposed to introduce a new fee structure for eligible children to partake in the Kidsport Regional Pool Pass Program. The Program, via the Dept of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries, provides eligible children, between the ages of 5 and 18 years old, free access to their local aquatic facility for the summer period in a bid to promote physical activity and water safety.
The proposed fees were not included as part of the 2024/25 adopted fees and charges schedule, and the statutory advertising provisions apply.

These fees and charges will come into operation on 06 November 2024.
