Notice is hereby given that Council is in receipt of an application for a proposed Local Structure Plan over Lot 768 Spencer Road, Lot 402 Telegraph Road and Lots 1, 3, 4 and 18 Keenan Road, Pink Lake.

As per the provisions of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, proposals for Local Structure Plans are to be advertised for public comment.

The purpose of the Local Structure Plan is to guide future subdivision in the Pink Lake Area.

As per the provisions of Section 87 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, this proposal is currently being advertised for public comment.

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the Local Structure Plan are available to view at the Shire Office on Windich Street, Esperance and will be available for inspection during office hours. The plans and documents will also be available on the Shire website at www.esperance.wa.gov.au.

Submissions (in writing indicating support or objection to the proposal, including reasons for objection) on the proposal may be made in writing and lodged with the Shire of Esperance on or before closure of business on 14 March 2025.
