In accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Esperance gives public notice of its intention to lease the following property;

Property – Old Station Master’s Office

Party Involved – Esperance Care Services

Term – 2 years

Consideration - $110 pa (inc GST)

Market Value - $110 pa (inc GST) as determined by Council Res # O1224-099
